The Dead Weather have kicked off the month of September in a major way and continue their hot streak with another new track. The band’s newest release is a song titled “Mile Markers,” taken from their upcoming album Dodge and Burn—due out on September 25.
This time, instead of just simply sharing yet another killer track, the band’s bassist Jack Lawrence shares instructional tips on how to get a gritty sound similar to theirs. After giving a few pointers, the band goes right into their new track “Mile Markers” (2:45 mark) to show a prime example of how to use the tips just shown.
