TĀLĀ finally broke her 2015 silence last month with her gorgeous collab with Sylas, “Praise,” and we’ve been keeping our fingers crossed that we wouldn’t have to wait as long for her next track. Thankfully, TĀLĀ will be releasing a new EP at the end of the month on September 30, and it comes with some pretty impressive guests in tow. Featuring Banks, Mssingno, as well as a few international collabs in the form of Korean group Wa$$up and more, the EP is titled MALIKA and will be released through Columbia records.
In preparation for the forthcoming EP, TĀLĀ has shared the Mssingno and Wa$$up-featuring “Tell Me (말해줘).” Just as we’ve come to expect from TĀLĀ, “Tell Me” is sprawling and colorful, bringing in an impressive breadth of influences into a cohesive whole that sounds almost limitless. Expect to hear more from TĀLĀ as the release date of MALIKA approaches.
