Roseau (Kerry Leatham) has appeared on albums by Lapalux and DELS and toured with Lianne La Havas and Laura Mvula, but now she’s ready to take center stage. Her debut album is out via Big Dada on September 18, and it’s a wonderfully quirky pop record, at times deeply personal, at times bold and sweeping in scope.
“Grab” embodies this, with the simple refrain of the chorus (“Take me home!”) something we can all relate too, but the verses describing little details of what seems to be the result of partying a little too hard.
