Scottish synth-pop trio CHVRCHES have been gearing up to release their highly anticipated second full-length for a while now, and later this week it’ll finally be with us. Ahead of the September 25 release this Friday, CHVRCHES’ Every Open Eye is now streaming via NPR. Including the previously shared tracks “Clearest Blue,” and the boisterous “Leave A Trace,” Every Open Eye sounds every bit worth the wait.

UPDATE: The album is now out in full and available to stream on Spotify. Second albums can be tricky, but CHVRCHES didn’t fuck up the recipe on Every Eye Open. Every bit as synthy, catchy, and immediate as their debut, this album is packed some of the best indie pop we’ve heard all year.
