Just around a month ago, CHVRCHES finally returned with “Leave a Trace,” the first single from their upcoming second studio album, Every Open Eye. Every bit the triumphant return we could have hoped for, the single teased a more confident pop-group than before, leaving it feeling like a long wait for the album which is due out September 25 via Universal. Today, the Scottish pop trio have shared the foggy video for “Leave a Trace.”
Coming across as the type of video that really makes their stadium-pop aspirations clear, the video follows singer Lauren Mayberry through the dreamlike landscape.
