Grimes is quite gifted. Yesterday, at the always popping San Diego Comic-Con, her work with The Wicked + The Devine was revealed. The multi-talented artist designed an alternate cover for the 14th issue of the new comic book series. The project, chiefly created by writer Kieron Gillen and illustrator Jamie McKelvie along with Matthew Wilson and Clayton Cowles, explores a pop-dominated world in which reincarnating gods rejoin us mortals in the form of brightly shining superstars. David Bowie—who influenced Grimes—in part inspired the series.
