Grandmaster Flash's Car (& Records) Were Given To A Man Who "Looked Like" Him By Valet

Legendary DJ Grandmaster Flash is missing his car, a custom Dodge Charger, after it was given away by the valet at a Manhattan garage while he was getting his laptop checked out at Tekserve (stars: they’re just like us).

When he returned to the garage from the tech repair store, “The car attendant says, ‘OMG I’ve given your car to someone else by accident with no ID, no license,'” said Flash on Instagram. “He didn’t even ask him to describe the car or its contents. He said the guy looks like me.”

The DJ filed a police report soon after the incident happened on July 16, and the parking lot attendant in question has since been terminated according to a report from ABC. The car is still missing though—keep an eye out, there’s a picture below (though it seems likely a whip like that is long gone):
