Since their breakout debut album The Bones of What You Believe, CHVRCHES have had to endure some of the nastier trappings of fame. Lead singer Lauren Mayberry has weathered scores of sexual threats online, all in the midst of touring and recording their followup.
This week, however, we got some good news from the Scottish trio—the best news, in fact, any fan of CHVRCHES could hope for: they’re done recording the second album. With a triumph that only all caps can exude, the band made the announcement on Instagram yesterday:
