America’s favorite boy band of 2025 return with “Hero,” the whirling, multilayered follow-up to the January release of their first skull-rattling single, “Bet I.”
A trio of Brockhampton producers—Romil, Jabari, and Bear//Face—provide the beat: a shifting six minutes that kick off with an electro-infused rush, and feature Albert Gordon’s scorching electric guitar and sparse, foreboding piano. Mixing and mastering engineer Joba steps out from behind the monitor screen to stand alongside group member Kevin Abstract, supplying an empowering hook.
