Red Bull Music Academy has been touring around the UK and has put on some great lectures in the past month. They talked to A$AP Rocky (who was joined onstage by Mos Def) in London and now they’ve shared footage of an hour and a half talk with Skepta from Manchester.
Covering fashion, the grime “resurgence,” media coverage, and his new album, the video gives some of the best insights into the mind of Skepta that you’ll ever see. Oh, and he shared some exciting news—he had just come back from Los Angeles where he had been recording with Playboi Carti, Earl Sweatshirt, and Kanye West.
