When you’re making music under the name Ghost Culture, and have a black and white press picture looking all sad like that, there’s got be something in your music that creates at least a little bit of unease. And Ghost Culture spins a mesmerizing but subtly menacing web on “Lucky,” a chugging beat and slightly disembodied vocals contrasting with the bright, vivid steel drums.

“Lucky” is the third single from Ghost Culture’s self-titled debut album, out now via Erol Alkan’s Phantasy label. Buy digital here and physical here. If you’re UK based catch him at Great Escape in Brighton this Friday.
