Here's the Trailer For "Straight Outta Compton," a Movie About N.W.A.

N.W.A. wasn’t called the “world’s most dangerous group” for no reason. The story will be told on August 14, 2015 when the film Straight Outta Compton hits theaters. F. Gary Gray, the man who also directed hip-hop classics like Friday and Set It Off, is back behind the lens to tell the story of the five artists who shocked the world in the late ’80s through their aggressive music and brash lyrics.

The movie will tell the story of how Dr. Dre, Eazy E, Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella became the phenomenon of N.W.A. through tales of their experience with police brutality and rebellion against authority figures. They touched a generation of fans through their music, giving a voice to the voiceless and putting the harsh realities of Compton on the map.

Take a look at the trailer above and get ready to witness the strength of street knowledge on the big screen this summer.
