Last October Rapsody released her fantastic Beauty and the Beast EP, a project that should’ve garnered her far more attention than she received. But thanks to her verse on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly, she might’ve finally gotten the kind of exposure she needed for people to get familiar with her sound. Capitalizing on this timing, she shares the video for one of the EP’s standout (and my personal favorite) tracks, “The Man.” The black and white clip features excerpts of stories about men who grew up without their fathers.
