Back in 2009, Drake agreed to let a couple of documentary filmmakers shoot a show back in his hometown Toronto. He was reportedly paid $15,000 and moved on with his life. Now that the film (called Homecoming) is about to release, however, disagreements between Drake and the distribution company Specticast have led to this:

Yikes. Drake is now facing a lawsuit from Specticast for trying to kill the movie. The Toronto rapper is busy selling tickets to this year’s OVO fest (also in Toronto, as always) for the time being, so we’ll see if this suit has legs. Watch the trailer above.
