NYC R&B upstart Jordan Bratton is hitting the big time, especially after getting signed to 1009 Records and RCA last fall. Now, the first track off his upcoming EP, “Danger” featuring verses by Fabolous, is getting visuals.

The video, directed by Harrison Boyce, feels very New York, all muted colors and artfully empty warehouses. Bratton and his crew, clad in all-black, are consumed by melancholy—at least until they’re presented with the opportunity to smash some stuff up. The dark aesthetic reflects the song’s serious message, “a warning to not get too caught up in the fast life and the scene, cause it can kill you quick.”

The song is available on iTunes.
