Not too long ago, Jack White announced that Run The Jewels would be opening his Madison Square Garden concert. That was a pretty big and bold choice, but White’s unannounced guest was even more surprising. Bringing out Q-Tip to perform “The Black Bat Licorice,” as well A Tribe Called Quest’s “Excursions,” White energetically welcomed his guest. Q-Tip wasn’t the only surprise guest, however, as Run the Jewels brought out none other than Zack de la Rocha for “Close Your Eyes (and Count to Fuck).”

This is the second time de la Rocha has joined Run the Jewels on stage, with him stopping by during their star-studded Los Angeles show last year. Watch Run the Jewels perform with del Rocha below, and Jack White with Q-Tip above.
