Truth be told, 2014 would not have been the same if it wasn’t for Lido. He emerged as one of the most consistent—and promising—producers in 2014, whether it was producing his well-received debut EP I Love You for Pelican Fly or if it was working on music for Ludacris and Ariana Grande with fellow Norwegian beatsmith Cashmere Cat. And while all of that was amazing work, many flocked to Lido’s material due to his remix game. Hell, this very site praised Lido for his remix work back in October, and one of the biggest failures of the past 12 months was the debacle surrounding Lido’s remix of Disclosure‘s “Latch,” which caused an uproar when it was removed from SoundCloud.
Lucky for us, Lido’s given that remix away… along with 16 others. That’s right, every remix Lido posted on his SoundCloud page has been packaged into a nice “2014<3” .zip file. Where is it, you might ask? Well, you’ll have to play for it. Similar to how he gave away his I Love You Too remixtape, all you have to do is visit Lido’s website and play four notes. Play the four notes in proper order, and the file is yours. Fans of Jaden Smith and Lido should take note; one of the freebies in this pack is a cover of Jaden Smith’s “Fast,” featuring Halsey:
