Joker and Rustie’s production techniques are both incredibly distinct, but they could easily find themselves within the same hyper-charged rainbow realm. Filled with colorful blasts of sound, they both tackle refreshing gusts of vibrant air via different means. With Rustie’s rework of Joker’s thudding “Midnight,” the differences in their approaches become all the more apparent. Ditching the rumbling menace of the original, Rustie’s remix goes for an outright fun approach with sparkling melodies skittering all over the original’s exciting framework.
