Back in October we shared the news that Lorde was curating the soundtrack for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, along with its impressive tracklist. One of the biggest name tracks on the album has already been released—Kanye West’s menacing rework of Lorde’s “Yellow Flicker Beat”—and now we have another one of the heavy hitters.
“Meltdown” features the all-star lineup of Lorde, Pusha T (who contributes two verses), Q-Tip (with one), Belgian artist Stromae, and HAIM, and it’s pretty damn good. Check the song out below, and watch the video for “Yellow Flicker Beat” here.
UPDATE: As @NadCar1 points out on Twitter, “Meltdown” is a reworked version of Stromae’s instrumental track “Merci” (listen below) from his album Racine Carrée.
