See, there’s levels to this thing we call EDM. And by “we” I mean Skrillex and myself. Electronic dance music. It’s raining genres, and this is our umbrella… we just hold it upside down. Gotta catch ’em all on some Pokemon shit. Anyways, I like this week’s collection, as we highlight a number of different styles, textures, and feelings, but make sure that it’s kept in a future tense. Because the future is what? Intense. Or in tents. Because it’s raining. Genres. Catch ’em. Pokemon.
DJ Spinn & Taso – “Burn That Kush”
The first glimpse of the Hyperdub x TEKLIFE compilation Next Life, which will be giving all of its proceeds to DJ Rashad’s son, Chad. Spinn and Taso murdered this one, plus you have some shots of Rashad to boot.

Proper lights-off adult time soundtrack business.

Nina Las Vegas & Swick’s “Don’t Send” EP
Crazy to think that this is probably Nina Las Vegas’ first release, but its a doozy.

Some mysterious grime vibes from Saga and the Lit City Trax camp on some end credits shit.
