G FrSH’s new song “Mystify” could only have come from the UK, and that’s not just because of the MC’s British accent. It’s more because of the wonderfully eclectic mixture of styles and genres that G FrSH, along with producer Star.One and vocalist Thabo, meld to brilliant effect on the track. There’s the influence of UK dance music on the production, a mixture of rich bass and breakbeats, the soulful voice of Thabo on the hook, all topped off with FrSH’s smooth rapping.
