Haim’s debut album Days Are Gone was so full of hits that “My Song 5” didn’t get all the credit it deserves. Aside from being one of the catchiest songs on the album, it’s also one of the hardest. Avoiding the bright synths and upbeat feel so dominant on the album, “My Song 5” comes with a stomping energy and aggressive guitar work. Getting A$AP Ferg on the remix isn’t an obvious choice, but it makes a lot of sense now that we’ve heard it.
