You may not be familiar with his name, but chances are you’ve heard his work. Arthur Baker is an electronic legend, an esteemed producer and DJ whose worked with everyone from Afrika Bambaataa, to Diana Ross, to Bob Dylan. Back in 1979, Baker wrote and recorded “Can’t Put No Price On Love,” a soulful dance track that was all set to be released through London Records USA—until that label collapsed.

Years later in 2009, Baker would send the song to MSTRKRFT‘s AL-P for additional production, and then reach out again to Chromeo‘s Dave 1, tapping him to add some supplementary vocals to the number. After 35 years in the making, the track finally sees daylight, freed and released after being bounced around over the past four decades.

The song—now titled “No Price”—has been released under Baker’s project as Slam Dunk’d, and if it doesn’t make you dance then nothing will.
