Watch Debbie Harry Perform Two Songs on "The Daily Show" And Deliver a PSA on Celebrity Elevator Violence

Watch Debbie Harry's performance on "The Daily Show," as well as her humorous PSA.

Yesterday, Blondie visited The Daily Show to perform two songs from their storied discography, one being the classic, “One Way or Another,” and the other being new single, “Sugar On The Side.” Celebrating their 40th anniversary as a band, the group exhibited relatively few signs of age, showing that they still have legs even after forty long years of existence. The performance was also done to promote their new album and greatest hits LP, Ghosts of Download.

However, that wasn’t all the band brought to the table, either. Frontwoman Debbie Harry delivered a satirical PSA about celebrity elevator violence inspired by the recent Jay Z/Solange fiasco at the Met Gala. Watch her PSA above, and the two songs below.

Ghosts of Download is out now via Caroline Records.
