There aren’t many artists whose music has a decidedly retro feel to it, but still manages to sound fresh. Though new, London duo EKKAH are one of the few that have already found that middle ground between old and modern, mixing both together to create something impressively original. Their latest offering is “Figure It Out,” a groove-driven production that’s perfectly offset by singer Rebecca Wilson’s sultry vocals. Says the girls of the song:
We’ve been friends for years, we bonded over rock ports in maths class and started playing some music together. We had some ideas for Figure It Out whilst travelling in a car together, so hopefully people will listen to it whilst heading off on a summer road trip!
