Premiere: YC The Cynic ft. Homeboy Sandman - "The Heaviest Cross 2.0"

YC The Cynic says that “The Heaviest Cross,” a song off his GNK project, is “one of the more personal, aggressive songs on the album.” The song may be a personal one, but it feels like a battle cry for an entire army, marching slowly and deliberately over Frank Drake production and calling out, “We’ve all got a goddamn cross to bear.” For the 2.0 version of the song, YC enlists Homeboy Sandman. “No one brings that energy to hip-hop like Homeboy Sandman does,” YC says. “So to be able to get him on this version was a gift. I hope you enjoy it.”
