We don’t know much about NYC producer Nire, but we do know that she can definitely put together a great remix. Jumping out the gate with the Plur Allure “remixtape,” Nire laces us with beautifully skewed versions of songs by FKA twigs, A$AP Ferg (which plays on the “Bruce Wayne” line), Björk, and M.I.A. among others. Her pulsating takes tend to lean toward the darker end of the aural spectrum, resulting in some pretty interesting and obtuse avant-bangers.
