When St. Vincent’s Annie Clark sings, “I want all of your mind,” she’s not playin’. In the just released visuals for her new song “Digital Witness” off her forthcoming self-titled album, we see Annie taking charge of some type of yellow and mint green color-blocked institution where its patients march in unison under her watch and act on her command. But then, as it gets to the end, we’re not quite sure if maybe all the brainwashing’s gotten to Annie’s head and she’s actually just a patient in the institution herself. Judge for yourself.
