The deluxe European re-release of Killer Mike and El-P’s (I can no longer read or write their names in that order without hearing the beginning of “Job Well Sone”) collaborative Run The Jewels album includes three new tracks: “Pew Pew Pew,” a Dave Sitek remix of “Sea Legs,” and this Blue Sky Black Death remix of “36” Chain.” The Seattle production duo take things in a haunting direction, with the pounding production of the original replaced by something much more delicate.
Run The Jewels plan to release another album in 2014. Listen to the remix below.
