DC band Misun is on a roll. Stylistically, they’re not easy to pin down—even after a handful of songs, there’s an unpredictability to them that keeps things exciting. The music is pop, but there’s a primal nature to their sense of melody that you don’t normally hear in pop songs. “Nothing Else” is the kind of song you can bounce along with, but it’s also the kind of song you could march into war to. Their next single will be released as a 7″ via B3SCI records on February 18, featuring the songs “Travel With Me” and “Sleep.” The record release show is at the bootleg LA that night.
