Music is constantly evolving, incorporating new ideas and sounds with each song produced. This project though, has taken that practice to whole new level. Lefse Records is organizing a unique compilation in which they’ve given 14 artists rare sound recordings from space to use in their songs. The first artist we get to hear off The Space Project is Youth Lagoon, whose “Worms” features noises from the Rings of Uranus. There’s definitely a celestial feel to it, with swirling, twinkling snyths and expansive strings that effectively make you feel as if you’re floating in space. Listen to it below.
