After recently collaborating with Clams Casino for an HP commercial, Vic Mensa now links up with fellow Chicagoan and longtime friend, Chance The Rapper. For “Suitcase,” the two demonstrate their lyrical prowess as they trade verses over some skittering, hazy, laid-back production courtesy of Cam Osteen, who’s worked with Chance in the past (“Cocoa Butter Kisses,” etc.). The beat is so chilled out, the voice of rappers so hypnotic that the song almost feels like a trip. Make no mistake; that isn’t a bad thing. Listen to “Suitcase” below.
