Daft Punk’s video for “Instant Crush” was previewed exclusively on French TV last night, revealing a more traditional, narrative based music video, as opposed to the crisp, stylish, but ultimately somewhat disappointing “Lose Yourself To Dance” video. “Instant Crush” features The Strokes’ Julian Casablancas partly dressed in French military clothing and partly like some sort of extra-stylish, leather jacket-clad French Revolutionary, while the news reader comments that the video is a love story.
