Willis Earl Beal’s new album Nobody knows. was only released in September, but here are two new songs from the soulful singer which were uploaded to YouTube with the typically obtuse description, “Recorded and produced by Nobody at Nowhere during Never.”
“Babble On” is a timeless, acoustic ballad, while the gorgeous “Coriander Tree Life” sees Beal’s powerful, reverb-laden voice floating slowly along over a wash of synths as he conjures up some really striking imagery. Between his mysterious persona, incredible live shows, and regular stream of impeccable songs, we’re certainly lucky to have Willis Earl Beal involved in music right now.
