For the first part of the interview Eminem, who is currently celebrating the release of his eighth studio album, acknowledges Kanye’s insta-classic interview and jokes about ways to top it—including urinating on the floor. As the interview goes on, Eminem discusses his musical growth between Recovery and the Marshall Mathers LP 2, his personal thoughts on the Marshall Mathers LP’s place in hip-hop history, and working with Rick Rubin.
