Gucci Mane is Suing Waka Flocka Flame and Waka's Mother

None

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Gucci Mane is taking legal action against Waka Flocka Flame, Waka’s mother, Debra Antney, DJ Xavier “Zaytoven” Dotson, Khia Stone, and Otis “OJ da Juiceman” Jones, Jr. The lawsuit accuses the group of fraud, racketeering, theft, and breach of contract.

The claims made refer to events that occurred during Gucci’s time in jail back in 2009—specifically, that Antney took control of Gucci’s 1017 Records, LLC, and created at least three companies without Gucci’s consent, which violates Waka’s contract. In addition, Antney is also accused of stealing a ring and necklace from Gucci, failing to report her income for tax purposes, seizing control of Gucci’s money and assets, inflating costs of expenses and using the excess on herself, and withholding payments and royalties, records, and information on 1017 Records from Gucci.

Waka’s team has yet to make an official statement regarding the situation, but one thing is for certain: things are going to get messy.
