D.D Dumbo is Australia’s Oliver Perry, and today he released the single “Tropical Oceans” from his self-titled EP, coming out November 12. “Tropical Oceans,” unlike so much other new music, avoids the cliché tropical sounds for something a little more primitive. Referencing traditional sounds of Tanzanian ilimba and Tuvan melody, “Tropical Oceans” is the kind of music that feels fit for open air and land.
