Soulful British singer Azekel takes things a little more upbeat on “In The Zone ’13,” the latest track to be taken from his upcoming Circa EP. Where “Official ’07” was all pitched down vocals and rumbling bass, this new song has a poppy, radio-ready feel, but still manages to stand out from standard pop/R&B fare thanks to Azekel’s rich, warm vocals and the occasional weird little production flourish.
