Isaiah Rashad, the Chattanooga, TN rapper who is rumored to be affiliated with Top Dawg Entertainment, has just dropped “Shot U Down,” a new single played by Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg. There has been no official confirmation of the TDE signing (although Kendrick did give this song a cosign), but listening to “Shot You Down,” it’s clear that Isaiah could hold his own in the company of today’s most competent and compelling spitters.
