Freddie Gibbs and Madlib have come together to create the Deeper EP. They shared the titular song today, a beautiful complement of the two sounds involved: Madlib lays down some heavy strings while Gibbs goes in as only he can.
The duo goes by Madgibbs—see what they did there?—and have plans to release a full length album, Piñata, in 2014. Until then, you’ll have the Deeper EP to hold you over. Stream below:
