With this year’s VMAs upon us, the world has been treated to an increasingly heavy stream of behind-the-scenes-all-access-VIP videos of the featured artists and hosts alike. Today, the VMA All-Access team released a series of conversations between red carpet host Grimes and Kathleen Hanna. It’s a meeting of a couple burgeoning feminist minds, though the two are quick (and right) to point out the dangers of politicizing the field.
