Australian quartet The Rubens have a sound steeped in classic rock, with a frontman who possesses a rich, emotive voice that impressed us on “Lay Me Down,” and is once again in evidence on “My Gun.” Twice As Nice have already had a go at remixing this track, and now this Bees Knees remix has upped the energy some more, with a propulsive beat and some bright and bouncy keys yielding summery, danceable results.
