Arthur Beatrice - "Butcher's Hook"

None

If going out and partying couldn’t be further from your mind this Saturday evening, you could do a lot worse than sitting down with something nice to drink and getting stuck into Arthur Beatrice’s new EP. The four-piece from London first caught our attention with a stylish Kate Moross directed video for “Carter (Uncut)” which they soon followed up with the excellent “Vandals.” The final track to be shared from the EP, “Butcher’s Hook” is another winner, with a darkly swooning chorus, lyrics full of powerful imagery, and a precise, polished elegance that all of this band’s music so far possesses.
