15 Forgotten Rap Singles of the '90s

1. Top Quality - “Magnum Opus”

Year released: 1993

Westchester County has given birth to popular rap artists like Brand Nubian, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, and DMX, but one guy who made brief noise from the 914 that you may not remember is White Plains’ Top Quality. Part of PMD’s Hit Squad, TQ dropped “Magnum Opus,” the title track off his lone album release that was reviewed in the The Source’s singles column. And two decades later, it still feels good.

Where is he now?

Not much was heard from TQ after the release of Magnum Opus.
