Ever since we premiered this track a few weeks back, Ghost Loft has been gaining steam as the chill-out tripwave conductor du jour. Danny Choi’s smoky synths and barely-there vocals create a sultry atmosphere visualized to its fullest extent in the new video for “So High.”
What begins as a run-of-the-mill shoot between photographer and model gives way to something more, probably brought on by the oozing sensuality of Ghost Loft’s smooth jams. The video layers cigarette smoke and slow-tossed hair (among other things) to create an atmosphere both intimate, stylized, and stunningly beautiful.
