There’s a lot happening in Chicago right now, and when Chi-town rapper Chance The Rapper stopped in to speak with Sway, he was asked for his take on the violence that’s been putting his city in the headlines lately. Chance seems hesitant to speak on it, as an issue this big can’t really be wrapped up in a five-minute on-camera interview, but he does offer a little insight into his theory, which revolves around the atmosphere of fear that he feels his city is dealing with.
