Natsha Kmeto is one of those artists that uses music like a palette of paints, drawing color from various sources and sounds laying the backdrop for her tracks in such an unlikely way that the finished product is almost startling. On the latest offering from Natasha, “Idiot Proof,” her role as producer and vocalist is apparent—the track builds from a gyroscopic synth base, slowly adding a skittery synth jolt and then floods her jazzy, thick vocals over the top.
The track is off of her second full-length album, entitled Crisis which will be out June 18 via Dropping Gems.
