Madeaux, self-described producer of “chopped and screwed electronic soul,” and someone we’ve been keeping an eye on since he made this great hour long mix for us last year, has had a crack at remixing “Young and Beautiful,” Lana Del Rey’s stirring addition to the Great Gatsby soundtrack. Maintaining the cinematic feel of the song, but upping the ante, Madeaux’s remix takes Lana’s gently moody vocals into a technicolor dreamworld.
