On May 7, Harry Fraud is putting out an EP called High Tide. He brought together an interesting mix of rappers, but the glaring pairing of Earl Sweatshirt and RiFF RAFF takes the cake. It’s a weird combination, but Harry Fraud has cooked up a woozy beat odd enough to make it work.
