Australian band Alpine (not to be confused with Alpines*) have released a single off of their forthcoming debut album. Similar to what we’ve heard from them thus far, “Gasoline” is another catchy, thumping cut full of synths and shimmering vocals courtesy of lead singers Phoebe Baker and Lou James that oozes that 80s-inspired grandiosity. If you were to rate this in terms of danceability, it’d rank at a “I’m about to get fired for dancing in my cubicle at work.” A is for Alpine will hit shelves on May 21st. In the meantime, stream “Gasoline” below.
